Deck & Outdoor Structures

Composite and cedar decks, pergolas, fences, and outdoor living spaces — engineered for New England weather and built to endure.

Trim & Molding

Crown molding, baseboards, wainscoting, window and door casings — finishing details that elevate every room from ordinary to exceptional.

Flooring & Hardwood

Hardwood floor installation, refinishing, and repair. We restore the warmth and character of your floors — or lay new ones with the same care.

Room Additions & Remodels

Kitchen and bathroom remodels, room additions, and structural modifications — from framing to finish, we manage every phase with precision.

General Home Repair

Drywall repair, door and window installation, structural fixes, and the projects that slip through the cracks — reliable, on-time, every time.

About Us

Malden's Carpenter
You Can Count On

CC Cruz Carpentry Corp. was founded on a simple belief: that honest work, done right, speaks for itself. Based in Malden, we serve homeowners across the Greater Boston area with the same dedication we'd bring to our own homes.

From a single piece of trim to a full kitchen remodel, every project receives the same level of care — precise measurements, quality materials, and finishes that stand up to real life. We don't cut corners, and we don't disappear when the job gets tough.

What sets us apart isn't just our skill with wood. It's the trust we've built with neighbors, families, and property owners who've learned that when CC Cruz shows up, the work gets done — on time, on budget, and to standard.
